There are 2 problem apear with BMAG free version template

• Header 728x90 ad unit doesn't apear in layout option.

• Copyright Text in Footer
• If you try to remove it. your blog will redirected to template designer's website

I will tell you how to resolve these 2 issues

In free versions of templates there are some hidden scripts. (linked scripts). These scripts codes are not written in template but link to these scripts are added in template. Due to these scripts some functions doesn't work.
